Free Cleanup is the last two weeks of April and October.

Bulk trash will be picked up free during these weeks. Leave it out where you normally leave your garbage, and Public Works will dispose of it at their convenience. There is no need to notify Town Hall.

Any other time of year there will be a fee at the discretion of the Public Works Director. Please call Town Hall, (302) 539-8011, for arrangements.

Note: It is recommended that plastic bag liners be used in all residential garbage cans to increase efficiency in collection and to reduce breeding of flies and mosquitoes.
